A 60–90 minute working session where we dig into your property, your vision, and any constraints we need to plan around. Build-on-your-lot and development projects usually meet in our office. ADU projects we typically do on-site so we can look at access, utilities, and layout together.
After the meeting, we’ll give you a rough cost range and a clear recommendation for next steps — including a proposal for Project Development.
This is where everything gets real. We complete site feasibility, finalize scope, coordinate design and engineering, build out your construction schedule, and put together a detailed, itemized budget.
By the end of this phase you’ll have everything in hand — permit-ready drawings, full project documentation, and a construction agreement with a clear scope, cost, and timeline.

Before we break ground, we sit down and walk through everything together — final plans, construction documents, schedule, and budget. This is your chance to ask questions, confirm the numbers, and make sure you're fully comfortable with what's ahead.
Once you’re ready, you’ll sign the construction agreement and finalize your financing. Then we build.
Permits are approved, the site is ready — now we build. Our team manages everything from site work to final inspections, staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping quality tight the whole way through.
You’ll have full access to Buildern the entire time — track progress, check the schedule, and see where the budget stands anytime you want.
